Something I have really come to appreciate is a versatile, sophisticated & modern dress. Black and white colorblock is classy with a youthful twist that can be worn so many different ways.
B&W Colorblock Dress via Hutch c/o (love this colorblocked option!) | Dune London Filigree Heels c/o Off Broadway | White Quilted Crossbody c/o Deb Shops
This look is really an effortless combination that comes off as sophisticated and fun at the same time. I love this dress because of the comfortable tie-waist, minimalistic color blocking with a pop of neon, and the cool hem that is a little bit higher on the sides than the front and back. I think I heard that its called a tuxedo hem... is that right? Regardless, I love it! Paired with a more modest heel and layered with a sweater or blazer, I could easily wear this dress to work and then ditch the layers and swap out the heels for evening plans, without having to go home and change.
Also, can you believe these heels are from Off Broadway?! They are part of the UK-based Dune London line, which is now available at Off Broadway. I love the flashy bling on the ankle and the heel height is perfect. A great pair of white heels is a closet essential for the summertime, and pairs so well with a black dress. (They also come in black).
As you read this, I am on a plane to Boston (a five hour and thirty minute flight - so longggg)! I am spending the next three days with some awesome bloggers working on few fun projects! Check out my Instagram and follow along on the trip! I will be posting tons of pictures, I'm sure. Have a great Monday!
